When loading 9mm my case feeder will not spit cases into the green plastic piece. What am I doing wrong?

Just a guess, but did you swap from a rifle caliber to a pistol caliber and if you did, did you reverse the case insert slide cam as noted on page 37 of the manual?

Check the black plastic case advance ramp, if it isn't even with the rail the cases won't drop well.
