I think they are well worth the price. Shotgun News has DPMS M4 with four way rail for $1,195. The mags are Stoner or Knight mags. During the AWB my friend who owns a DPMS LR .308 paid $150 for one 20 round mag.  Thank God the AWB is over and DPMS is selling these mags for $30 to $45. I don't own a .308 AR yet, but when I do buy one it will be a DPMS. I don't care for the Bushmaster .308, Armalite AR10s are good, but the mags are still spendy and the Armalite is still $400 to 600 more than the DPMS. And of course the best would be a SR-25.....but I am not interested in a .308 enough to spend that kind of money. |
