Do I need to submit a Form 5330.20 after completing my form 1 efile with a trust?
If so is there a way to do it online like I did with the form 1 efile? |

I'd like to tag on a question if I may. My dealer is waiting to hear back from the ATF to "get set up to efile". Does he really need to do that, or can he do it all himself online? He can create a login, etc for his FFL. But it takes them about 1+ week to validate the FFL. |

For an FFL, ATF has to validate that the person logged in is indeed a responsible person for that FFL license. I'm still waiting on my FFL approval. |

What is the process for my FFL to get approved/verified to efile? My form 3 has been approved and I'm anxious to get the efiled form 4 started. |
| FFL needs to register for an eforms login ID, then enter his FFL AND SOT information and request to be enabled as the superuser for that FFL/SOT. FFL can then authorize others of his employees to submit on his FFL/SOT from their own user ids, as well, if he has any employees. |
