Hey guys, so I had a form 4 individual approved and now going to transfer to my trust. I filled everything out and on the certify stage I get the 6 digit verification and enter it no problem. Then I have to enter the "Transferee's Username and PIN number to validate". I use my regular login username and PIN for this which I believe is correct, and the only ones I have anyway.
I get the following error: The eForms account data for the entered username does not match the data entered for the matching responsible person. These validation points must match in order to proceed. Any ideas? I emailed the eforms help team as well, but who knows how long that will take. |

| Could be a middle initial vs full middle name thing. I get errors like that sometimes submitting interstates if the original approved Form 1 / 4 used my full middle name (old ones did, before I started using EFT). To get past it, I change my profile and redo the interstate form. |
