My research turns up conflicting information.  Some say it only saves the mailing time.  Some say turnaround can be 2 weeks or less if both dealers use eForms

What are people seeing?

I've heard a few weeks to a few months. It cuts out the time to go o pending.

I sent a F4 for an out of state by the eform, and a F3. I should hopefully know soon.
