Every time I click pay at the end of the process I get the pop up but it is blank and there are no place to enter in my CC number

The system is frequently slow to load...like minutes to load slow.

Try giving it a exorbitant amount of time.

I would just go pinch a loaf and wait...takes a while most of the time. It also depends what time of the day or night you're submitting.
