are thes good barrels they seem to be cheaper then most

Yes they are good. Another good, inexpensive barrel is the Green Mountain Barrels. What are you looking to get (caliber, etc)?

ER Shaw makes barrels for the Colt AR15. I have several Shaw barrels and am very happy with them.
