| when i do my form 1 off the web, how do i print the pages out? back to back or separate sheets? who do i mail it to? how many form 1's do i have to send? Do i have to send fingerprint if i am doing trust? who do i make the check out to? |

the pages have to be printed back to back. separate pages wont work. Send two copies of the Form 1 and one copy of your trust paperwork. No fingerprint cards or cert of compliance. The instructions on the form say who to make the check out to. The last forms I used had a different payee for Form 1 and Form 4. I think one was US Treasury, the other was BATFE. Don't use the Form 1 from the ATF web site (the layout is messed up). Use the one from titleii.com instead. |
