If your form 1 has errors that the atf processor says needs to be fixed...does the cleo have to resign the application??? or can you make an adendum to the application??? (I expect my stuff to come back) |
Well, I have 5 form 4's coming back. Fortunately I don't need to have a cleo sign them, just the tronsferor's. That's bad enough! If your form needs just additional info to fill in, it should be good to go. Just call the NFA at 304-616-4500 to find out exactly what to do. They will tell you. |
| My first form 1 for an SBR was sent back due to me not filling it out just the way they wanted. Niki Dudash (examiner) simply highlited the needed changes, I marked out the old stuff, wrote in the new stuff and sent it back and got my stamp. The only problem would be if you don't have room in or partly on the box to make the correction. |
