Im trying to install a side saddle on my 870, im a little worried about removing the trigger plate pins. Will anything fall out of place when i remove them??  What is the best thing to use to press them out?

Thanks

If the latches aren't properly staked they could fall out when you remove the trigger group.

Only remove the action bar/slide block assembly while the trigger group is in place. This prevents undue stress on the latch stakes by depressing them without any support.

Use a roll pin or even a nail punch.
Start on right side and gently tap one half way out, insert bolt for side saddle into that hole.   At this point you maybe able to push the bolt in and at same time push out factory pin.   Repeat for second pin.
