I use a Mako foregrip and a Streamlight TLR-1 (Insight WX150 shown). I like this setup because I don't have to remove my hand from the pump to activate a tailcap switch and I don't have wires dangling from the shotgun like you would using a pressure pad. It's very easy for me to momentarily activate or to turn it on completely. So far it's survived and functioned flawlessly for a couple shotgun classes and quite a few range trips.
