i have an older colt lower(slight grey color) want to get it anodized to match the upper,which is black,who does a good job,how much am i looking at spending and what kind of prep do i need to do?

It would be easy to sell it and just buy a black lower.
You may even make money on it.

I would sell the grey, they are in demand, especially on this site, then use the proceeds to procure a new black lower.
