hey fellows, not so much an m16 question but looking for an answer on one of the better
compensators out there at controlling muzzle rise during f/a fire. been reading about a couple, beenie coolie, noveske to name a couple. i`m getting older now and its getting harder to control the rifle now! just trying to make it more enjoyable to shoot like it used to be. please use my email for your thoughts on this and where to purchase one. thanks for your time! |

My personal experience testing a handful is they don't change a lot. What does tame it down is a longer barrel, the classic A1 uppers are so much easier to control. Longer barrels would surely help, I'd also look into getting a muzzle break. They can significantly change the recoil and muzzle rise of the weapon for the better. The downside is that it will loud as hell, especially for the shooters next to you. |

ok then, who out there makes a fine brake for my purpose? That depends, are you interested in getting a suppressor for your rifle in the future? Check out this thread: http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=3&f=118&t=560704 |
