Is there a form I need to fill out if I am moving but staying in the same state and city.  Used a Trust when I originally bought my suppressor.

Move and forget about it.

It'll come out in the wash when you do your 5320.20('s) for interstate travels, and they wont say anything about different address.... they're only concern is the serial numbers are in deed registered to you.

There is no requirement to notify BATFE on an in-state move:





Moving Registered NFA Firearms Intrastate



Registrants are not required to obtain permission from ATF to move NFA firearms within their State of residence. However, if a registrant’s address changes after the NFA firearms are registered with ATF, please notify the NFA Branch in writing of the change so the NFRTR can reflect the registrant’s correct address.
