can I still put "multi caliber" on my form 1 or do I have to list each caliber?
this will be on a SBR.
Thanks.

I don't believe they accept "multi." I would just list the caliber you plan on shooting the most. As long as you can readily return the firearm to it's Form 1 configuration, you should be alright.

As I understand, they will only accept one caliber, unless your lower is marked with more calibers or is marked 'multi' and you might have to send in a picture of the receiver showing the marking to be approved.
