[ARCHIVED THREAD] - multicam?

What is the general consensus of this type of camouflage. I have been giving a lot of thought to this camo. Does anyone know how well it does in urban scenery. i have looked at all the pictures in the multicam website. It seems do very well under deep foliage, desert and rocky terrain. Is there any way that i can get my gun refinished in multicam.

I believe there was a display at ShotShow of a refinishing process for applying Multicam to rifle stocks. Painting multicam on a rifle however would be difficult, or more difficult than a standard pattern. Those hi resolution color shifts, or whatnot.

I've seen a duracoated multicam rifle on a site for some duracoat people who overall do really good camo, but in my opinion their colors weren't accurate for multicam.
