Hey,
I will be submitting a form 1 and a form 4 for a SBR and a suppressor at the same time. how many finger print cards and certificate of compliance cards do i need to submit? 2 of each, or do i need to send in 4 of each? thanks! also is 1 check fine, or send 2 just in case there is a problem/paperwork issue? |

Do the Form 1 and Form 4 now mail to the same address? Last Form 1 I sent went to WV and the Form 4 went to GA. The new F1 form has the GA address. It's the one that has the 5330.20 info included, plus the ability to pay by CC. Not sure how many people are using it, since it's not what comes up when you google "ATF Form 1", but you can find it on the website. |
