ok i have several supressors that are currently in a trust. i had to put them in a trust becasue i couldnt get a signature. now that we have a new police chief, i can get one. can i just transfer these to myself? i would feel better if they were owned by me instead of a legal trust.  what would be the procedure? i could still posess them while the transfer was going through right?

Yes. You need to file another Form 4 package and pay another $200 tax per suppressor. Yes, you can keep them (as the trust) until they transfer to you.

HOLD ON. It depends on the type of trust you have. If it is an irrevocable trust, you CANNOT just transfer them to you, until you pay the trust the fair market value for them (even then there is problems because, you, as a trustee, are now involved in self dealing).
