hi

i just recently got an ops-core base jump helment and have a question for people using this helmet dealing with size.

i tried out a friends M/L and it felt great, so when i got home i ordered the same thing.  well tonight, i decided to go for a little night vision walk and it was a bit chilly so i though id try a small beanie style hat and see how it fit.
it really didnt work at all-way to tight.  so i measured my head and i get right around 23" which according to the sizing chart, puts me in the M/L.  im wondering if maybre a L/XL would work better.  im just concerned that when im not wearing a beanie of some sort, that it will tighten down enough to stay put.

im thinking that a L/XL would work, as they come with bigger pads(3/4" i think) that would help out when not wearing a beanie, but not 100%

im wondering, if anyone else who has the same size dome that i do, when through the same thing and what did you find?  did you start with a M/L and find the L/XL worked better?

and if a L/XL sounds like the answer, i might have a tan M/L up for trade for a L/XL...

and thanks in advance

i wish i had that problem, either a big head or a small head-easy choice then

someone else has had to run into to this before....?

My head is 22.5 and i can wear a M/l with a beanie (it is tight but works) or wear a L/XL tightened all they way down with 3/4 pads.

hope that helps
