Go to photobucket and create an acount.
Upload your images to photobucket.
Copy and paste image url into arf.com text box.

Checked the other thread. Looks like you still have to use the "image" icon under the text box and insert url in that box...got it for you.

copy and paste the img code from photobucket. That will make the image pop up.
