Anyone doing any research on mounts knows the Springfield version isn't the in thing and the market reflects it. If someone gave me $50 for mine they'd bought themselves a mount.

I think thats about right on the price. The Springfield doesn't have the best rep, and I can't even get $60 shipped out of my Bassett mount and they're believed to be a better mount.
