anyone know where i can get a good deal on a mesa tactical stock kit for my 590??

Cheapest I've seen for a complete stock and adapter.
MD TACTICAL Looks like they are out of stock, try these guys too for a full stock.

To really save some cash, you could get just the adapter, and then pick up the rest of the stuff you need in the Equipment Exchange and build it yourself.
