how good is a suppressor if it has carbon build-up? how much decibel reduction ability is lost?

how many rounds before a noticeable degradation in performance? at that point, one could want to replace the suppressor.

What you are showing there shouldn't be producing much loss at all.

I would think you would need to appreciably fill the suppressor with crap- like reduce its volume by 20-30% before you hould noice a reduction in performance.
