I seem to remember not too long ago reading about ATF kicking back people's forms for having sent in the old version of the Form 4. The most recent one I have lists "OMB No. 1140-0014 (10/31/2007)" in the top right corner, and "ATF Form 4 (5320.4) Revised November 2004" Is this the most recent version? |

Doesn't mean that much. People posted that they'd had their forms rejected for being out of date, even though it was still the version posted on ATF's website. Hence my question. I think Danbrew posted that the current version had been posted to titleii.com. I just wanted to verify. |
