I got some cleaned, reamed, sized, and trimmed brass from top brass.
is it recommended to FL re-size any way? Or can I just make sure it is ok by using a case gauge? |
| Since you say it is sized you could probably get by checking every case in a case gauge. If you are loading on a progressive it wouldn't take anything extra to resize to be sure. Guess it is up to you but I would check say 50 cases to reload if doing on a gauge and see how they function before I did 1k. |
| Resized to what headspace? Resize to YOUR headspace. Even if they have already bumped the shoulder back enough to ensure that every single piece will chamber in your rifle, you'll still want to run them through your sizing die because the neck are easily pushed out of round. The diie and expander ball will ensure they are still round and that you are not using your bullet to make the necks round. |
