My ticket expires 9/1/14. ATF says they get you your renewal app 90 days before. So i don't sweat it, figure that means it mails out on T-90, and it showed up on June 14. fill it out, mail copy to CLEO and ATF on June 15.Check clears on 6/24.
Should I reasonably expect the renewal before 9/1? When do you think I should start calling? Would an updated expiration date in Ez check be the first indication that it was mailed? This is my first renewal, so please forgive the panic. |

If you mailed in right away, you're almost certain to get the renewal before your current license expires. If you don't, you write and get a continuation letter until it shows up.
I've never had a timely mailed renewal not come back before the old license expired. |
