hello everyone,
I'm new here. I am French, I just had my ar15 a2-caliber 222rem. and I joined this forum because I know that you are the best on the subject. Sorry for my English but I used a translation software. To return to the subject, I would convert my AR15-a2 in full auto. how I should do and what parts to buy? my bolt carrier is SP1. |

You posted this in the wrong section but we will leave it for now. Have you tried the ar15 France site? Nice guys http://ar15france.com/brd/portal.php What you wish to do would be illegal in the United States of America. If it is legal in France you need your lower modified by a gunsmith, although there are drop in parts that sort of make the rifle fully automatic. You better check your local laws. |

Quoted: it might work, I think it depends on the type of lower you have, I am going to move this thread to the full auto section.Thank you for the post. Yes I am on ar15france, but you are much more qualified for this model. I saw the video on the net of a certain person instaler piece "Lightning Link AR for 15" to make it full auto. do you think his work? |

I refer you to http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_8_49/334479_ARFCOMandapos_s_unofficial_Guide_to_European_Firearms_Laws.html
According to that post, ownership of machine guns in France was prohibited in 1995. It is unclear whether owners prior to that date could retain them, but it appears that since 1995 no one can legally acquire a machine gun. And that rules out the legal conversion of your AR15 to full-auto function. |
