I think Dillon sells one, whether they make it or not I don't know. It seems to be a waste of money to me. Primers all come in boxes of 100 which makes it very easy to keep track of how many have been used.

Dillon made one at one time. They are no longer in production. I was told the amount of returns/repairs made it cost prohibitive. You can find them on Ebay regularly.

I just read an article in the new G&A, that the GOV wants round counters on their new M4's.
They could have made them to try and win that contract?

BlueNuts this is not at you but at what a stupid idea it is to put a round counter on a rifle. I mean come on, talk about wasting money. What would a soldier need that for, to go in the middle of a firefight, "OMG I JUST SHOT 500 ROUNDS!!!!"

End of rant.

I have one of the dillon jobs.

It either would mark the bullet pretty good or if set lighter wouldn't work the counter.  It's in a box somewhere.

Dillon used to make them, they go for pretty decent price on used market, $40+.  I still have mine I used just for 9mm.  My goal in life was to get it to 99999 and watch it roll over to 00000 but somewhere along the way in the 29000 range I accidentally reset the thing :-(
