Where can I pick up a quality scope rail for a Ruger 10/22?

or GI Joes has the Weaver T09 base (blued or silver) for like $7

I like the Power Custom mount. It's around $16 or so.

I've always used the Weaver TO-9 base.

It's a low profile base unlike the Power Custom, but I like my scopes mounted as low as possible.
