Used this from another post.  This is what I use, no three gun or military anymore just SHTF.  SO Tech 3 mag shingle and the SO Tech FLC, snap flap. I ran some drills with this rig, compared to the LBE night and day.  The only thing is that dam dump pouch well thats another story.

well I'm new to shingle mag pouches myself, and I have a TT 3 mag panel and one single on my TT PC. the 3 mag panel has a sewed seam that goes down the sides and across the bottom which 'pinches' off the the bottom of the pouch, causing the mag to ride higher, and putting a lot more tension on the bungee cord, and making it harder to release, where the single pouch does not.

I JUST got some p-mags for the three panel, so the tight bungee 'slides' off the bottom of the mag more easyer

The TT shingles fit PMAGs well.  Sometimes on the triple shingles the center pouch can be a little tight on PMAGs at first but will loosen up after use.

Here are a couple of TT rigs with PMAGs in Shingles.

Those are from Tactical Tailor as well.  They are the 6 Round Horizontal panel.

I use Tactical Tailor shingles on my rig.  The MOLLE webbing on the outside of the pouch allows me to add my shotshell speed feeds.  This picture was taked befoe I purchased a bunch of Pmags which fit perfectly.  You can't really see the pouches behind the speed feeds in the picture.
