Stuck case remover, or if you are handy you could make one.

Use the "make your own" lube.  Its great, quick and easy to apply, and cheap to make.

Use a stuck case remover or make your own.  You can use a pipe end cap with a hole drilled in it for a spacer if you already have a tap and matching bolt.

You'll start by disassembling the die.  The expander ball with the de-priming pin will have to remain inside the stuck case.  I like to invert the die in the press then lift the shell plate to hold to the die in place.  It can be tricky but I don't have another way of holding the die.

Next drill out the primer pocket and be careful you don't drill too deep and trash your de-priming pin.  Often I will have to throw my leg over of the arm of put my weight on it to keep the die from turning while I drill, or tap.

After that you can tap the hole.  I use a little lube even though brass is pretty soft.  Work the tap down and back it out to clear out the threads as needed.

Once the hole is tapped you can put the die right side up.  Take the spacer and put it over the top of die.  Next thread the bolt through and tighten it until the case comes out.

After the case is out you still have to get the de-priming pin and expander ball out.  I just use some wire cutter on the case mouth to open it up and dump out the parts inside.

I drill through the primer with a 1/4 inch drill then tap. with a long 1/4 inch bolt I simply screw it in until it pushes the full length sizer out.
I then unscrew the bolt. put a spacer (socket)over the brass screw the bolt back in.  it retracts the brass from the die.
