anybody know where i can get an adapter that lets me put on an old swd can to a non threaded barrel. the adapter has a smooth inside and the exterior has the treads. threads are 3x4 by 10 thanx inadvance from the board |
| hello. if i remeber right, cheaper than dirt or sportsman guide has them. i would never use that set-up for a silencer! they are held onto the barrel with allen head screws and in no way do they even come close to getting it parallel to your bore. you will definately get baffle strikes with that adapter. you are way better off getting you barrel thread and then using an adapter. kirk |
| ya i know the 1 your talking about. this can was on my mp5 along time ago the adapter i'm talking about was soldered on to the barrel. honestly i'm really pissed at myself. when i sold my mp5 here in lv. the dealer took off the adapter and gave it back to me and several years later i believe i threw it out accidently with some other stuff |
