Here is the timeline thread just to give you an idea of how long things are taking.  Have you called the BATFE to check the status?  A year is too long.  I wonder if the dealer got the form 4 back and forgot to call you or lost your contact info.

I mailed my first Form 4 on 30 July, dealer called 28 September to say my YHM .30 cal Phantom was ready for pickup.  It's my first NFA xfer, so I guess I got lucky...

My dealer just got me a SS phantom 556 QD from YHM in just over 3 weeks.  The phantom 762 has not been transferred from YHM yet...  My last can on a trust took 2.5 months for the F4 to get back to the dealer.  I have read recently of two guys who had REALLY short F4 times, one was barely over a month and the other was 1.5 months.  mind you, these are all trust submissions I'm talking about.

worth the wait...  as hard as that may be.

cheers, Benji
