This may seem like a silly question but if I omit "living revokable trust" from my trusts name (to be set up) so instead of having to, for example, engrave "themollusk's living revokable living trust" I could just name it "themollusk's trust"? my local class III shop (yes I know gun shop rumors etc) is saying I need to include revokable living trust to the title even though all the revokable living language is still present in it because the ATF is cracking down on gun only trusts on technical details. Any truth to this?
thanks the mollusk |

The "name" of the trust is stated explicitly, in the first paragraph of the trust:
Example : This Revocable LivingTrust is named 'Mollusk Trust' You can go down to the courthouse, and register the trust 'NAME' for around 40 dollars. At that point, you can describe the trust, and it's contents, trustees, and beneficiaries ANY WAY you choose. |
