How do you go about setting one up and what is the typical cost of doing so?  Also, what benefits is come with doing a trust?

What are the benefits?  With a trust you eliminate the need for a CLEO signoff, fingerprints, and a passport photo on each and every F1/F4 you do.

Another huge benefit is that more than one person can possess the weapon.  Any trustee can have it.

Basically corporations and LLC's offer similar benefits, but a trust requires less paperwork and offers more privacy because nothiing has to be filed with the Sec of State. That is why many people go the trust route.

Just for comparisons, I charge AR15 members in Texas $300 to set up a trust.
