Tried search but "no topic found". I found a guy that has wc820 powder --private party. I understand that this is takedown powder from 30 cal. He says it is same or almost the same as H110. If this is the case I will buy it and use it in 44 mag and 357 mag. I know nothing about this powder it is unopened jug.
Need help by Friday -----Thanks Max |

WC 820 is good stuff. Better to use Accurate Arms #9 data than H110 data. I remember buying 8 lb jugs for $64. It is a VERY fine ball powder. So fine that it will work its way between the rotating drum of the powder measure and the body and get the works feeling gritty. ( this mostly in a Lyman 55, the RCBS measure does not do this ) It pours like water. Works great in 357Mag. I also load it in 30 Carbine, which is the original use for this stuff. I never found the need to use magnum primers. I highly recommend you buy. |
