Looks like Izzy light-barrel hand guards with a Browning f/h.

The rifle has a mixture of parts from several rifles. The butt stock is from an Austrian StG58. The hand guards are from an Israeli light barrel rifle, and the gas plug has a grenade launching sight on it. It has an aftermarket(non military) scope mount top cover. Probably from DS Arms or TAPCO as they are the most common. The flash suppressor is of the Browning type, but there is no way to determine the origin from that picture.
I cannot identify the barrel origin from that picture, but it is certainly not from an Stg58 or a G1. It does not appear to be Israeli either.

Not from just one blurry cell phone pic. The origin of the parts, condition of the parts, and quality of the assembly all play major roles in determining the value.

As pictured, $600 +-$50. The lower is ZA marked. That along with the gas plug makes me think that most of the parts are probably South African. Most South African barrels have worn out bores.

That is a TAPCO scope mount top cover. Approx value is $30.00

The flash hider looks like a US made replica of the Browning type that lacks the bayonet lug.  The main kit could be SA or IMBEL, hard to tell from just the photos.  HBR already pointed out the rest.
