I have been looking for over 20 years for a model 94, deluxe, pistol grip, 32ws, tang sights, octagonal barrel. the only thing it is missing is the 32 ws smokeless sight. those are hard to find. this is a 1902 year 1st run of this caliber. I will most likely have turnball restore it. I am getting a factory letter for this rifle form the cody museum. this is not a common model 94 deluxe. I bought with the intention of restoring it. i have not shot it yet. |

Just got it in. it is going to need a ton of work. this definitely needs the wood and checkering redone, it is not cut right. it will need to be redone. some ahole put poly/urethane all over the wood and checkering. this can be removed. the forearm needs to be repaired/crack right side, but can be fixed. it has a marbles rear sight also.... tang sight is pretty good shape. i have the correct smokeless sight coming. it needs to be reblued also. needs the internals gone over. bore is perfect. I just need the letter to double check everything on this one. |
