Anyone know of a place in Texas I can take my gun to get some loading port work done? I dont really want to ship it to crums I would rather be able to deliver it. Thanks.

If you don't want to do the work yourself, I hear Dissident Arms does good work.. out of Houston I think: https://www.facebook.com/DissidentArms?ref=hl

I recently picked up a shotgun after having the chance to shoot quite a few friend's personal guns. I did basic part swapping on my shotgun to replace a few things but I wanted to get port work done as well.

Dissident Arms out of Houston does fantastic work. I used one of their M2's that ran like a sewing machine. Ran so well that I'm taking my new M2 to them this weekend. The guys that run Dissident also shoot quite a few matches around Texas so you might be able to talk to them about delivering your shotgun if you will be at a match they are at. Also if you are in to Cerakote, they have some spectacular examples of really cool Cerakote jobs.

Benny and Derek Hill at Triangle Shooting Sports also do great work and they have been in the game for a long time. TSS shotguns run very well so you will be happy with anything they work over.

I have also heard Aaron Hayes does great work. I haven't had the chance to feel one of his shotguns, but I do have a friend that recently got a custom double stack 1911 done up for 3 gun and it is spectacular.

Yes.

My port had been previously opened up, but Hayes took it further and optimized it more per my wants for quadload.
