Everyone always shows off their gun collection.
I think I'm more proud of my MGM Targets Steel collection.

Discount code JTMGM10 saves you 10% on your own MGM Targets.

Been wanting a Texas star for a while.  How heavy is it?  Is it easy to break down of travel and storage?

It's very heavy and awkward to move because of the bearing that swings the base around.  You can only remove the legs and plates quickly.  The rest bolts together.  It ships to you assembled too.  It's not a target you want if you need to haul it to the range to shoot it IMHO.

Get a GT Targets Texas Star. It is the original Texas Star Terry created in late 90's. The bearing head slips on the base. I moved and put one together myself. You do need a pickup to haul it if you don't want to unbolt the arms.

I just checked the GT star out and holy crap our club has one probably from the early 2000's if I had to guess based on the wear.  It still works.  A new one is cheaper and lighter but that design is definitely not as robust as an MGM.  Like everything in life there are trade offs.
