| I got my 24" m3000 ready for my first season coming up. Thanks to MOA Precision for the mag tube charging handle safety and bolt release. I done my loading port myself. Only thing I would like to do is a trigger job but no one has a video on that yet. Jesse I watched your video over and over while doing the loading port. Thanksfor the great video. |

Shotguns don't need trigger jobs. Especially $500 shotguns. |

Alright Jesse taking a chance with the Stoeger based on you and Mr Kelley's recommendation. It will see a metric butt ton of rounds on the trap range in pre-season and then on to 3 Gun.
Wanted to commend you for picking up a shotgun that wasn't really 3 Gun vetted and running it in a minimal capacity. Whether you intended to or not (I think you did) you are really giving back to the sport in this way. Way to go man, and see you on the range this next season. |

the M2000 tube is a different thread, go to MOA precision, they make a direct fit nut and sell it as a kit with the nordic tube (or seperatly if you already have the tube)

I called Benelli/Stoeger today. They said it probably won't ship until the end of March. Thanks for the update. Was hoping they would be out sooner, but nothing in the gun world seems to be out on time. I see Euro Optics and Ables Ammo have them listed but as out of stock. |

Stoeger posted on their Facebook account that dealers "should" have them in June/July. Very interesting.... I was on cabela's site over the weekend and see that the have the M3K shown on their site for $629. but you can't buy it.... I've tried. |

How is the loading port on it? Curious just how much it's been opened up.

I have one sitting in the other room... Haven't run it in a match yet, but threw a +6 Nortic on it and it runs well. So far, I'm impressed for the money. Quoted:

I picked up a M3K about a week ago. Im really liking it so far. Added a Nordic +8 and its digested a few hundred Fed Bulk with no issues. Ive seen instructions on polishing the mag tube but this thing came remarkably smooth already so I didnt even bother.
Im stilled mixed on the loading port. Its open, but I think it will be opened up even more in the future. The front bead is big and will prob get changed as well. Overall, Im satisfied with it. |

On gunbroker. When I picked mine up there were two up. I went straight to buy now at 650... a little over what i prob could have got if I waited, but still cheaper than a Benelli/Beretta. The Beretta 1301 would have been my next choice.
Ive since opend the loading port (quite a bit) and put a hiviz sight on it. Not one failure on Fed bulk. The mag tube that people polish on the S3000 is like glass already so nothing needed to be done. Im happy with it and unless I destroy it or it flat out fails like hell I dont see a reason to buy another 3gun shotgun. Many thousand of rounds will tell though... |
