I got this in a trade and have since decided to buy a smaller one. This thing was designed for firefighters and to use as a walking and navigation thermal unlike most which really only work when your stationary and scanning and not for using to actually walk and navigate while watching screen. It also has a QD plate built in so I use a Magpul sling and carry it while hunting at the ready. Has a red laser pointer slaved to center of screen so it’s easy to point and alert people with night vision of what you’re looking at but it’s not an IR laser. Try walking around with an RH25 or similar at your eye, won’t work. This allows you to hold th screen at arm’s length and actually walk in complete darkness with ease since it was designed for firefighters to walk in buildings completely blacked out by smoke. Has a rugged rubber cover on it.

The lens has a small scratch and is visible at startup, but sometimes goes away when it NUCs. The back protective plastic screen protector is scratched up, but not unusable, a DIY job will fix that. I got a price of plexi glass for cheap and was gonna cut it to fit and drill the screw holes, but never got around to it. Doing that will make this a great unit.

Has charger and battery and hand strap. Originally in 2019 these were around $8,500.00 and usually you can find this unit for $2,500.00.

Willing to sell for a STEAL at $800.00 to fund what I need to cover the rest of the thermal I want. If this doesn’t sell for that I’m gonna just keep it and pull ad since it’s an excellent hunting thermal unlike most thermals out there. Super sensitive too, will detect footprints, etc…
