I just found this thread and I don't feel like reading all these pages yet. That comes later.
So, has RBG kicked the bucket? Or is it still with us? |

There is a good possibility that the ribs were not trauma but rather pathological. Meaning the cancer has spread and attacked the bone structure. They took nearly half a lung. Cancer sucks, but so does deranged liberalism.

Sad. I don't agree with her politics but she has a family and loved ones just like we do. I don't wish cancer on anyone. No matter how much I disagree with them. View Quote |

Quoted: I think I understand; she's trying to stay lucid & some semblance "work ready" for as long as possible, which means no chemo, and no pain killers from here on out. Talk about an insane level of dedication; like a goddam Terminator (only much quieter) View Quote |

Something's not being said. They remove half of her left lung (two lobes on the left side), say they're not following up with chemo and that they "got it all". The woman has cancer and it's metastasized. Colon cancer in '99, pancreatic cancer in '09, and now lung cancer.
Sounds more like she's at the limit and they are afraid to give her chemo since it will probably be the end of her. It's hard on someone half her age without all the other health issues she's had. Plus she's been through chemo and radiation before, probably her not wanting it more than the doctors. She knows she can't do it. |
|
I suspect a lot of folks in this thread are pretending to take the high road, while not-so-deep down they are wishing her to die. Could be wrong, but I doubt it.

RBG is a hard core dedicated socialist. Why isn't she leading by example and using some Obama care affiliated health care? If she received the health care she wants for everyone else she would be put on a treatment list, given what care was possible and die surrounded by 3rd world immigrant doctors. While Trump is sometimes hard to take he will be picking RBGs replacement. If Hillary had won it would be all over. View Quote |

I'm confused why she hasn't just gone to Cuba for treatment. They'd have her right as rain in no time. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I won't pretend. I hope she dies and Trump can appoint her successor. She is an enemy to our Republic and Constitution. I don't want my kids to grow up in a country governed by her decisions. There are plenty of other enemies of this country I wish would also pass on. I really don't see any other way of overcoming the death spiral in which we find ourselves and nation. I'd prefer she not suffer in the process, but if that's God's will, let it be done. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Cancer is one of the few cures for a bad case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

How the hell did she survive 10 years with pancreatic cancer. Fuck.
|

If she has chosen that death is the only way she will leave the SCOTUS.......than I have no choice than to wish for her death ASAP.
If she will quit.......than I would wish only the best for her. But, she ain’t quitting. |

The broken ribs were on the left side as well. Lung cancer metastasizes readily to bone which then breaks. I think this is worse than they are letting on. They have to say whatever she tells them to and she probably doesn't want us dancing on her grave while she can see it. View Quote |

Sorry, but if/when RBG gets replaced, it will still be a 5 - 4 court. Roberts will join team Lefty full time. Stevens needs to go in the next two years to get the 6 - 3 court you seek. View Quote Other than the Obamacare ruling, what decisions has he been on the wrong side of? |

You can damn well bet there's a chance of an impeachment in the house and a confirmation hearing in the senate on the same calendar day.

I don't want her to die, I just want her to retire. I'm looking forward to the next episode of liberal head explosions.

The dems blew their wad on the last one. The next SCOTUS pick is gunna get ram-rides through. No. With no elections to harvest Dem antics for...I wouldn't be surprise if Mitch simply starts ordering anyone who makes noise or a mean face arrested wholesale and does the deed "behind closed doors" before a well behaved crowd. Hopefully they hold the disgraceful behavior of Feinstein, Harris, Booker, et al over their heads & mock them mercilessly every time they demand the mic, or even start threatening investigations & prosecuting all their best aides for slander (IIRC senators are off limits from slander laws) |

Yep, that's the calculus of SCOTUS seats -- someone has to die or retire if you want change. Should have asked your buddy if he wants you dead as well (assuming you'd admit to him that you vote Republican). View Quote Fortunately, I don't believe we're at that point, yet. |
