My prep today was 2 chug videos and deciding I need some new running shoes.

Well, thanks to Kai finally hitting 315 on a bench press, I had to up my game again.
My pecs and triceps were screaming by the end of my workout but I hit a new 4 rep max. I'll worry about the 1 rep later. Barbell flat bench 135 x 10 225 x 8 315 x 6 375 x 4 Rest of workout, blah, blah, blah, because 375 x 4. |

Down to 212 from 278. Been doing StrongLifts 5X5. Kai inspired me to stop being fat. I even have one of his motivational buttons.

3 minute half mile if you want to be competitive. If you can 7-8 minute mile, you can 3 minute half mile. Maybe do that then engage moving targets at 35m and 100m. Repeat 4-6 times. Then add battle belt and plate carrier when it gets easy.
