Toilet paper.
If you want to gather a harem of willing suburban milfs to your underground bunker, you will also need feminine hygiene products. And baby wipes. |

I'm hopeful that we'll get some information about this stuff from some folks in Venezuela after they get their shit together.
I remember reading ferfals blog back in the day. It was an interesting thing to be able to watch a collapse happen like that. |

I'd be interesting to see what Walmart's inventory control system racks up in the days before epic weather.

Quoted: This. Nobody that I know stocks toilet paper. View Quote I always have a fresh unopened Costco pack in the garage. I buy another one when the last unopened one gets opened. A case from Costco lasts 6+ months, so I usually have around a years worth of tp. Maybe I'll up it to two unopened packs. Lol |

If SHTF toilet paper is the least of my worries.
Ill wipe my ass with squirrel pelts and crumpled up pages from books |

I don't think big dogs will be in short supply- unless they get eaten.

Coffee at #92! REALLY? Would be on top 5 of my list the way I drink it.

Walmart is teaching me to hoard since they're out of stock so often.

No. One would call it “hoarding” unless one is not smarter than a fifth grader.

The pop tarts thing is so consistent it's literally a pre-hurricane check list item at Walmart. Volumes are about 7 times normal. |

Having been through a real SHTF, well not quite, but post hurricane 2 weeks w/o electricity (in a city)that most Americans have never been through other than a camping trip. The #1 thing you will need is WATER, and WATER, and WATER. Generator is next, and they quickly sell out for a several hundred mile radius. You need a light source for the evening, we had kids still in diapers. You need light to change a diaper. Otherwise, you go to sleep when it gets dark. You start a fire in your yard, and cook up all the meat that is going to spoil.
But trust me, water is your main concern. |

Opioids. As soon as TSHF all pharmacies will be raided for opiates. Smart people will go in afterwards to collect all the discarded antibiotics

Seems to me it’s not what you have stockpiled.
It’s your ability to defend it. You’ve got all your shit, living like a king, lights still on because your expensive quiet generator or oil lamps. People will notice and people who can’t prepare for shit will want what you have. They will notice they will try and take it. Where do you live? In a street neighbours won’t be so friendly . |

Don't have any TP or water in stock, but I did buy a generator. The last multi-day outage was in a very hot summer. Could not even run a simple electric fan in the house.
