Failed the PT test and banged the chief (who was banging a female inmate at the county for context) and got hired. Made her way through the guys at both the city and county and married the druggie deputy who was on the drug task force. Progressive administration wanted females. So, they segregated tryouts, so you know, no distractions (witnesses). I remember being at the city gym one time, and had walked out to my car and saw two of the proctors helping female candidates over a wall. When they saw me watching, they said something like come on man, when was the last time one of us had to jump a wall or a fence? I’m like, hope you’re never on the other other side of a wall or a fence bleeding out. Eventually, they just no longer required females to be able to take the spare out of a squad car, drag a 150lb dummy, or there was a dry fire demonstration or grip strength, or scale a fence. That was over a decade ago, so who knows what they test now… pronoun usage? |
