Hopefully someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but HK sights don't even have replaceable front sights that are of different heights, as this would totally defeat the purpose of the benefit of their style of sight as I explained earlier in this thread.
It sounds like Chaos sights are just about appearing to be the HK style sights and not the same in function.

Yeah, the difference will be minimal on your rifle. I just wanted to make sure you knew what was up and could find a better option if you wanted to. That's a slick lookin' gun.

I'm only initially tuning it to one aperture, because there is no rear elevation adjustment. There is no interchangeable front post available for the Chaos sight like with standard HK.
All other options, like actual HK416 sights that cost 3x as much, will sit too high on the rail.

As for the Chaos sights, yes, they are only HK "style" and not full HK function.
The rear windage adjustment is loosening a screw and sliding the sight body left to right.
As I said, there is no elevation adjustment in the rear drum, it's just a fixed screw, as there's not much room for a spindle/screw setup.
The only reason I had to raise the front post is because they were not on the same plane, due to the intended mounting on the longer Chaos rail and the nature of the Saiga 12.
I was looking for diopter sights that were as low as possible, and I don't intend on having to make any sight adjustments after the inital zero.
If I were to use diopter sights on a rifle, i would not use the Chaos sights.
ETA: I kinda wanted a set of MP-7 sights.
Super low pistol-style sights when folded.
