View Quote OK, this thread made me find that picture of the Lunati "Street Heat" Chevelle. It was my dream car. Now I see this: https://bangshift.com/bangshift1320/remember-the-lunati-street-heat-chevelle-the-1990s-magazine-project-car-is-for-sale-needs-tlc/ That exact car just sold on Ebay 5y ago. DAMNET. Can anyone here tell me how to look up that ebay auction result to find the person who bought it? I want to track it down to try and buy it. |

Same color as that one, too. |

When I was 16 I had already owned my dream car for two years. It was a 1969 RS/SS 4 speed Camaro. I fucking loved that car. Unfortunately I sold it to pay for college.

It was a sweet car, he let me drive it all the time when we were in highschool. I REALLY wanted a 328 GTS in blue though. Same motor between the two but the 328 is much slicker. |

I turned 16 in 1976 and the cars were pretty much crap by then. I was too busy running XC and track, took the bus to school, and never really thought about cars until I was 17 and bought a 1965 Chevy Biscayne with the 283 and 2 speed slip 'n slide Powerglide. I started buying performance magazines then because that 283 just wasn't enough.

There were so many dream cars to choose from. Many of which are listed in this thread.
But, I think my dream car at 16 was a 1970 Chevelle SS 454. I never was able to buy one. However, at 18 I bought a 1969 442 with a 455, which was a very fun car. |
