The layers should be editable so you can adjust as needed. The dark one really makes stuff pop up, but I'm kind of on a few parts. The extreme majority looks to be the same pixel groups in different shades, but the same pattern throughout the backgrounds. Odd since most folks would have just used a solid color fill. That or it is an artifact pulled out by photoshop.
