Party line vote. Democrats better fucking pray it doesn't show political targeting. Otherwise they're accessories.

Dems are scared. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DT8om3sXkAAyiic.jpg View Quote Every time something gets laid out there the Demos HAVE to attack it. They have no choice but to say its all politically motivated , that it is what the dossier really is; salacious and unfounded. Just like the media that said you couldn't read the Wikileaks emails because the media would tell you what to do the Democrats on the intel committee are completely wrong about the ability to declassify the bigger intel picture. Nunes has let them make a statement and attack his summary. Well now, if my summary is so incorrect, if the information I've provided is not up to snuff then by all means, the intel committee should declassify all of the background intelligence we can that led to me writing this memo. Oh Adam, your name is in there. This is all by design and for once in my lifetime I see the Republicans playing a better game than the Dems. |

One of them is already advocating, "why doesn't Trump just release the FISA application then..." Took them 24+ hours to get a talking point, but they have one. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Dems are scared. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DT8om3sXkAAyiic.jpg If he were to pipe up or suddenly start blowing declassification all over the place the left would love it. See, he's just attacking Clinton/Obama and obfuscating the Russia stuff! This is why Holder threatened Congressional Republicans a month ago and why right now the Democrats on the House intel committee were forced to say Nunes is lying and the memo is a lie. Nunes can beat them over the head with it and have them continue to deny it but the goal is for Congress to release more information over time, declassify to continue to beat the Democrats back until they run out of options. By that time the information that comes out will have to be faced by the public and will require action by the DOJ (which is also hanging back waiting patiently.) |

Except we are talking about principles and ideals here. So yeah, adopting their tactics is becoming them, and then you are fighting for your team to be the rulers, not for the law. So you lose if you win. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I find it ironic that the Director of perhaps the government's scariest and most despised agency may have saved the Republic by whispering in the ear of a presidential candidate.

Is this going to happen or is it going to disappoint like everything else Nunes and Hannity do?

It'll be slowed down and watered down because of the government shutdown. As usual, nothing will become of it because both sides are deeply involved in manipulation of government intelligence agencies. I'm so f'n sick of all of them. View Quote |

Here is an excellent breakdown regarding the process involved for the public release and why it is prudent for POTUS to let the process happen and not force the issue...

How can we restore our republic if we violate the law to do so? How can we restore our republic if no one has faith in the law? It's simple, treat the savages as they are. If they have no respect for the rule of law, it need not apply to them. To that end, if you are unwilling to beat your opponent with his own rules, you have already lost. If you want to die for your morals, by all means do so. However, step aside and do so elsewhere while adults willing to do what must be done fight your fight for you in your stead. Risk your moral high ground now for the sake of your children, or lose it forever to those who cared nothing of your morals to begin with, and used them as a weapon against you. The choice is yours. |
